Modular Bowl Inserts

The threaded insert design makes it easy to switch between two capacities while keeping the same bowl body and glass joint system.

• Regular bowl insert: Up to ~0.3g capacity, plus a built-in half-pack screen ridge that supports reduced loads around ~0.15g.
• Micro bowl insert: Approximately ~0.1g capacity, optimized for efficient extraction with very small amounts.

Both inserts use standard screen sizes and thread directly into the titanium bowl, maintaining consistent airflow and strong thermal transfer.

Glass Joint Fit and Removal Tips

The glass joints on these bowls can fit very tightly. For best results, grip the glass joint and titanium bowl firmly and pull straight apart — do not twist or wiggle.

After separating, you can apply a small amount of O-ring lubricant, Flower Mill wax, Dynawax, or a similar product to make future removal easier.

If you’re having trouble, you can use thermal expansion to help: place your heater housing onto the bowl for about 15 seconds to warm the titanium, then hold the titanium section with a towel or glove and pull the glass joint out steadily.
